This is our offer about the charge per  person for one night  Spring – Summer  2008,  the following prices  include breakfast and the daily service  of room cleaning.

Our availability consists in rooms is equipped with indipendent income and personal bath with air-drier, little refrigerating, air conditioned and ventilators. 

There is only one apartment    with 4 places ( one double room with indipendent income + one twin beds living room with a second indipendent income too + bath with air-drier ) it has also  little refrigerating, air conditioned, ventilators  and cooking place without any add price.

We'll answer to any kind of question about this offer. 

We will  accept exclusively  reservations sent through fax to number  +39/0771/808383 or to the e-mail bed and breakfast' address : infoponza@libero.it  

Our structure accept reservations carried out in wide advance  (beyond 7 days before), exclusively for the long stay  reservations ( beyond or equal to three nights ).

So  we send a “ reservation confirm “ with 15 days validity, to the customer.

The “ reservation confirm “  describes the modality for the shipment of the necessary advance payment for the definition of the reservation.

The  room will be considered owned by   the customer for 15 days.

In case the customer has not supplied to communicate the happened deposit of the pre payment, passed this 15 days period,  the  room will be considered free from whichever reservation.

The reservation validity will be  proving by the confirm fax/ e-mail  we’ll send to you contextually to your sending of the fax/e-mail proving the payment of the 30% of the total final bill ( in long stay case - beyond 7 nights) or the entire final bill in case of short stays (less or equal to 7 nights).

WARNING:  in the case that the customer cannot make use of our services, for any reason not dependence from us the  advance payment  will be:

1)  in the case that the customer communicates it with advanced or equal warning to 30 days,  the prepayment will be considered valid for the reservation of an equivalent period in the same or higher period  of price.

2)   in the case that the customer communicates it with less  warning to 30 days, the prepayment will be withheld and the room maintained to disposition of the customer for the total duration of the booking reservation  period corresponded by the advance payment money covering.
