This is our offer about the charge per  person for one night  Spring – Summer  2010, 

the following prices  include

breakfast and the daily service  of room cleaning.

Our availability consists in rooms  with independent income and personal bathroom equipped with air-drier, little refrigerating, air conditioned and ventilators.

BOOKING PROCEDURE

We'll answer to any kind of question about this offer,  through tel./fax to number +39/0771/808383 or to the bed and breakfast' mail address : infoponza@libero.it  

We accept reservations carried out in wide advance  (beyond 7 days before), exclusively for the long stay  reservations ( beyond or equal to three nights ).

So  we send to the guest a “ reservation confirm “ that  expires after 15 days .

The “ reservation confirm “  describes the modality for the shipment of the necessary advance payment for the definition of the reservation.

The  room will be considered owned by   the guest for 15 days.

After a 15 days period starting from the reservation confirm' sending date, in case the guest has not supplied to communicate the shipment of the necessary deposit of the pre payment,  the  room will be considered free from whichever reservation right.

The reservation validity will be  proving by the confirm fax/ e-mail  that we’ll send after having received  the payment of the 30% of the total amount ( in long stay case - beyond 7 nights) or the total amount in case of short stays (less or equal to 7 nights).

WARNING:  If the guest cannot make use of our services, for whichever  reason independently from us the  advance payment  will be:

1) in the case of communication, 30 or more days, before the established date for the beginning of the vacation next to us,  the prepayment will be considered valid for the reservation of an equivalent period in the same or higher period  of price.

2)   in the case of communication, less than 30  days, before the established date for the beginning of the vacation next to us, the prepayment will be withheld and the room maintained free to disposition of the guest for the total duration of the booking reservation  period corresponded by the advance payment money covering.  

Final Notes: Be Careful!  we love and we possess animals so we gladly accept  the small, polite and  absolutely not annoying ( always obligatorily with the leash and with the muzzle ) , little friend of our guests who  share with us this passion,in the respect of the other guests of house; This circumstance implicates that, people who doesn't tolerate the animals, would not be  really at home in  Bed and Breakfast Isola di Ponza
