Terasse

There are two ways to enter in the house, the upper one is more comfortable for pedestrians, the lower garden entrance is good for car owners who have to download havy suitcases as close as possible.

Upper entrance

A wooden roof protects the entries of the rooms on the terasse from the sun

In common space we offer the Sunterasse with chairs and tables,a yakuzzi ,the breakfast corner with buffet and more..

The buffet and the Tables

for lunch and dinner our customers can use the barbecue placed in the centre of the garden.

Particularies of the flower - barbecue of the garden

There is another bis tadble under a gazebo full covered by bamboo, Evy and passionflowers which might be used for dinner.

Fresh fishes and high quality meat can be bought directly by the fishermen or in the shops near the house.Th slaughter is only a few steps aways and sells as well some already prepared food

From my house you can see San felice Circeo that is about 18 nautic miles from Ponza

Ponza , as all the other italian little islands, has water trouble in the summer. thanks to the zistern we never finish. it in fact we have a big reserve with 50 M3 volume.

The cistern of the water reserve is under the solarium while the vain one of the autoclave is close to the bench

In the terasse zone there are some sun-beds and one little sweetwateryakuzzi
