The rooms  of the house

 

 

Each room is equipped with independent income, in the solarium level or in the lower garden level from which you can access to the stair that  descent down to the sea.

 

 

In both the  levels the furnishings of the external spaces is made up by wood deck chairs, sun-beds and tables   completely for our guests use.

Every rooms and the apartments have the  personal bath with air-drier, little refrigerating, air conditioned and ventilators (both). 

The rooms of the solarium level are:

 

The apartment number  1  is a four places  apartment with 1 matrimonial  and two single beds,

The double independent entrances, in the solarium level, make the parents rest also if their children get up early in the morning

 

A beautiful ceramic firewood heater heats the whole apartment 1 out of season too.

The beds are over-sized and the structure that sustain the mattresses is masonry stone made.

The apartment has his own bath with air-drier in exclusive use to the 4 lodged people.

 

 

 This is the our only one solution equipped with little kitchen, without added costs, but  the cleaning  of kitchen is in the guests care.

The air conditioners ( and ventilators ) are  in the matrimonial room and in the kitchen - living room with the two single beds  too, but  if you want these  can be switched  independently.

One TV. sat only in the kitchen - living room.

 

The room n.2 is a double room, equipped with  personal bath with air-drier, little refrigerating, air conditioned and ventilator, whose entrance is in the solarium too.

The furnishing of this rooms is simple and is characterized by the relaxing tonalities of the green and the pink pastel.

 

The room n.3 is a single-double room, whose entrance is in the solarium too.

This is furnished with ancient wood' furniture.

This room is smaller than the others, for this reason we use it like a single room or for two people using but only if they  really love each others very much.

The room n.3 is  equipped with  personal bath with air-drier, little refrigerating, air conditioned and ventilator.

 

 

The apartment n.4 is a  three entrances suite, two of these are in the solarium, near the idro-massage, the other one is in a little  terrace with sight on the sea.

Three places apartment with two bedrooms with ventilators  and a living room with the air conditioned, refrigerating and sat TV.

Who has been in this room once, asks for this room every times he comes back.

Here a little  couch  masonry stone made and the fireplace guarantee the maximum comfort in any period of the year.
 

The rooms of the garden level are:

 

the room n. 5 

The room number  5 is a nice double + 1 room whose entrance is in the  mid-stair between the solarium level and the  garden.

 

The room is  equipped with independent income and personal bath with air-drier.

 

There are also air conditioned and ventilators even if it is  considered  the cooler room in the house.

                        

         

the room n. 6

The room 6 respects all the characteristics right with  the legislation that disciplines the elimination of the architectural barriers to facilitate the permanence of the no more young guests or  of the handicapped persons so, in the garden  a comfortable slide ramp   conducts  to the large double door window entrance of the room.

This  room is a double + 1 room and it is the only one double room of the house with the TV.sat

The room number  7 is a nice double room whose entrance is under a lateral stair between the solarium level and the lower garden.

 

 

The room is equipped with independent income and personal bath with air-drier, little refrigerating, air conditioned and ventilators. 

The rooms will be cleaned every day and the linen will be changed every three days or on request.

The staff will replace the linen of the bath 

( bathrobes and towels ) on his discretion or on request.

So the only towels of sponge, that the guests will have to put in the suitcase,  will be the beach towel.
