Bed and Breakfast "Isola di Ponza": is situated in a  panoramic position in front of the sea, an oasi painted in the green of flowers and pamltrees. Placed  on the calm side of the island opposite to the chaos of the habour but without renouncing to any comfort, like restaurants, boat renting and many access to the cliffs heading to the most beautiful bays of the whole island

 

The Island of Ponza is devided in two main centres : Ponza Porto and Le  Forna. (We are situated in Le Forna)  

Many other places  have been developed around these two centres, like:  Giancos, Sant' Antonio, Dragonara, Guarini, S.Maria, gli Scotti, i Conti, Campo Inglese, the Fishermen Village, Forna Grande, la Chiesa that is the  village around the church of Le Forna, the Cavatella, Cala Caparra,  and   the Mount Incense,

  S. Maria, the Ravia' stone, the little island of Gavi and  Zannone on the horizon

 Ponza Island has only one main road that  unites

Ponza Porto and  Le Forna

passing the whole island

You have to look for the road to Le Forna .

You can exit from the Port, passing the ancient roman tunnel that separate Santa Maria from the habour or following the Panoramica road in the same  direction of the   Chiaia di Luna beach.

 

 

CALA FEOLA

 

The two roads join again towards LE FORNA about two miles  from the Port.

The road between Ponza Porto and  Le Forna brings you on some beautiful green panoramic hills.  

You wont see any shop and only a few buildings comming up this road.

 

PISCINE  NATURALI

 

When you'll see the first shops, the Church and the crossroad with the sign of

 LE PISCINE  NATURALI

you'll be arrived in Le Forna. 

You'll find Cala dell'Acqua lefthand about 1000mt  continuning the road towards Punta Incenso.

The road to join us is small and quite  hidden. 

It starts from a  little square where you can see this little chapel with a Mariastatue inside.

On the right side of this little square there is a store called

 THE COCCINELLA

Carmela the  owner  will be glad to give  you any kind of  information about us.

Anyway you can ask  information about us in every shop of La Piana too.

 

 

Comming by car take this little road close to the chapel leading to a big parkinglot. Turn right the small shaddered road and aprk here your car.

If you do not have any car, you'll have to walk by foot the  little way, in front of La Cocinella.

You made it ! 

On the left side of the parking

 (straight if you are comming by foot)

  a 10 mt. path , close to one of the tipical Ponza'houses,  leads to our little entrygate.

Once you arrive at the

 BED & BREAKFAST "Isola di Ponza"

   you will forget the exhaustment of  travel and you will be ready to enjoy the place silent and dipped in  green.

Close to home you'll find many accesses  to the most suggestive bays of the island.

Cala Cavone is just below us, while Cala dell'Acqua with the Turtle Rock, Cala Inferno, Cala Feola, the Piscine  Naturali,
